So I am doing the bottom man on the totem pole work. The picture showing the yellow gas flex pipe I installed 130 of those. They had that work order since February 2018. I noticed that it seems to be a Nauvoo rule to store your iron and some flammable object on top of your water heater. I also learned that the original installer of the flex lines put it on, then proceeded to install other objects so you could never reach that nut again. I have been changing the filters in the AC units and putting numbers on the outside units so people can tell which unit belongs to which apartment. I have become the commercial washer and dryer adviser to the guys who repair those and toilet consultant to the lead plumber. I am having a great time working with some wonderful people and I don't have to make any decisions all day. It is nice.
