Nauvoo Temple in the mist.
Today we weeded and fixed a wall of cement blocks that had fallen apart. That wasn't on the list of things to do, but the grounds crew just likes things to look nice. I'm sorry I didn't take a photo of the wall. I'll show you when you come.
At the end of each day we water all of the greenhouse plants. I always do the outside plants.

At the end of October there is a big festival Bootiful Nauvoo. This is the kettle for the Kettle Corn that we make. Elder Nelson is washing it out with very hot water. No one procrastinates around here. Everything is planned well in advanced. These senior missionaries get things get done.
Wish We could have some of that kettle corn!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure why I can't comment on Dad's post, but let him know I'm glad he is in his element and Nauvoo will be better off when he is done with it. Hope he gets answers on his "fingers" as the kids say in their prayers.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why you can't comment either. It's just a regular post.
